Having come from a family with several SAF regulars, it was both the strong purpose and the discipline in a military organisation that drew ME4 Alex to a career with the Navy. 

Joining the Navy as an engineer by vocation, the Military Domain Expert Course (MDEC) not only provided him the opportunity to strengthen his expertise in this field but also to hone his leadership skills as a senior military expert. For him, what truly stood out was the humility, patience, leadership by example and deep domain knowledge of his seniors and instructors - inspiring him to want to grow into a leader that is both firm and kind.

Big congratulations to ME4 Alex and all our newly appointed senior military experts! We're excited to see you do great things!
