We are a maritime nation, and our sea lines of communication are our economic lifelines. Our navy's mission remains unchanged: we are here to guard our waters and keep the sea lanes open.
Our operational units, both ashore and those deployed at the front lines, maintain 24/7 surveillance and presence in our busy waters. Together with our maritime partner agencies, we guard our waters and are ready to respond when called upon.
Even in a time of COVID-19 and circuit breaker measures, our people remain operationally ready and committed to stand our watch and keep Singapore strong.
