Executive Director (ED) of the Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia Information Sharing Centre (ReCAAP ISC), Mr Krishnaswamy Natarajan, called on our Chief of Navy RADM Aaron Beng at the Ministry of Defence this afternoon. During the call, RADM Beng and ED ReCAAP ISC discussed on the continued cooperation between IFC and ReCAAP ISC.

Earlier this month on 12 May, ED-ReCAAP ISC visited our Information Fusion Centre (IFC) at Changi Command and Control Centre (CC2C).

He also called on Commander Maritime Security Task Force (MSTF) / Maritime Security (MARSEC) Command RADM Yong Wei Hsiung (first row, third from right). Both leaders committed to building closer relations between ReCAAP-ISC and IFC, and agreed to continue collaborating closely to strengthen responses against armed robbery in the straits.
We were glad to host ED-ReCAAP ISC and his team to the Navy, and we look forward to continue working together to ensure Safe and Secure Seas for all!
