Acting Secretary of the United States Navy (USN) Visits the Information Fusion Centre (IFC)

Yesterday, we welcomed Acting Secretary of the U.S. Navy (USN), Thomas B. Modly to our Information Fusion Centre (IFC)!

There, Secretary Modly was introduced to the key role our IFC plays in ensuring maritime security for the region by enabling timely and accurate sharing of information between our regional and extra-regional maritime partners.

His visit underscores the strong and long-standing defence ties that we share with the USN. Grounded in numerous exercises, interactions and exchanges, our two navies have established strong practical cooperation and interoperability. This in turn has allowed our two navies to work together better over the years.
