Responsibilities
Take charge of state-of-the-art combat systems ranging from missiles to radars, and in doing so, lead teams to keep our naval assets in top gear. Your expertise will steer our Navy towards greater breakthroughs in innovation, with your areas of speciality covering a wide spectrum of radar systems, command, control, communications, computers and IT (C4IT) systems, weapons, and weapon control systems.

The Naval Warfare Systems Engineer will receive a competitive starting salary, periodic bonuses and the opportunity to receive professional accreditation as an Incorporated or Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarESt).

Mid-careerists will be assigned a salary based on years of relevant experience and educational qualifications.
Military Domain Experts Scheme
Career until age 60 on full CPF terms
Expert Continuous Engagement and Learning (EXCEL) Bonus
Age 32 | Up to 12 months' bonus |
Age 40 | 8 months' bonus |
Age 50 | 8 months' bonus |
28 months of Military Domain Experts Scheme (MDES) bonus in total, paid at three points in your career.
Flex Benefits
An annual lump sum allowance will be disbursed to you so that you have the flexibility in using the money as and when you need it.

Entry Requirements
Academic Qualifications
Degree in relevant Engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics etc)
Basic Requirements
Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR intending to take up citizenship
Medically fit (PES B1 and above)
Normal colour perception
